I had a backstage profile, but when I log in it doesn’t have any of my info. I thought I added it but idk. How would this guy have gotten my info otherwise?

So I played this game for a few hours earlier today and would constantly save. Every time I try and load my save though I get this error :((

Please help! I don’t wanna restart because I’m not sure if the saving function works???
