Context: I live in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. The Ice Hockey classic series between the US and Canada just played 3 games here, and tonight I attended game 3 (US won 8-6) and absolutely loved it, first time I’ve ever watched Ice Hockey at all, let alone in person, and holy crap I loved it! What a fun sport!

I‘ve now decided to pick an NHL team at random to support, and settled on the Ducks.

So what’s some useful info about the Ducks and the NHL in general that I should know? I have an extremely basic understanding of the league and sport, but nothing too specific, and nothing at all about the Ducks.

The article doesn’t specifically say he’ll be in the #26 but I’d say it’s safe to assume. A shame because Hanna wasn’t terrible last weekend.
