Hope everyone is safe and well.

Young budding IT manager, newly promoted into the role from a service desk person - full of ideas for various service improvements, just finding it difficult to avoid death by powerpoint.

Senior manager wants to brain storm ideas to decide a path way forward for the year ahead.

I would rather just illustrate my ideas effectively and just show I'm willing to put my neck out vs just here to pickup a paycheque.

anyone have any creative ways or experience with using something like MindMapping or similar of the ilk to build an effective roadmap?
