I guess this is just to raise awareness.

I know that it might be obvious to most of us, but maybe some would still be tempted to click on it.

I find it funny though that there's no effort by the scammers lol, the whole notice in the email below is just an image ( looks like a bad screenshot ), and the whole thing is just a link to some shady site.
