Hi there,

I finished a honours degree in psych (i know, not HR but bare with me) and was looking to get into organisational psychology. I'm having issues getting into a program because the masters is very competitive and i was wondering about what getting HR experience would look like as i don't have a HR degree.

I've had interviews for HR generalist jobs and have been told that i would have been chosen but i just didn't have a HR qualification that would give me the understanding of the rules and regulations that would be relevant for my role.

I was curious if theres any advice on what to do in terms of getting a job in HR because, outside of doing an entire other bachelors in HR, it feels impossible.
