Hey I’m doing Chinese in highschool and I have a test in two days were I have to write an essay from memory this one is about like a recipe but I’m really stuck and stressed how do I even study for this any tips?

I want to run a sub 20 5k and also be jacked or like good looking. Any advice I’ve been just running and working out normally without anything special and my running sucks but my strength has gotten better. Any help, I can answer questions to help me.
