Assalamualaikum people

I have paid the hostel security deposit and have sent the payment proof along with the accommodation form, via Pakistan post to the mentioned address and it has been received by somebody at that place.

But so far I have not received any confirmation or updates regarding my hostel accommodation status. Whether I have been allotted a room or not or whether they have received the dues or not.

Will they ever contact me or will I have to visit the place physically prior to the orientation to confirm all of this?

Kindly clarify.
