Prior auth for vilazodone: how to get it approved by insurance?
had several male patients interested in switching to vilazodone after trying a SSRI and experiencing sexual side effects. And yet, all my PAs for vilazodone got denied. The manufacturer of Viibryd does not have a savings card that works.
What are you guys doing?
