I was wondering if chatgpt actually follows what you say in custom instructions, or does it ignore anything? For example, if you want to write in a certain way, does it do that regardless of model, or it just doesn't care?

I recently heard that a new memory feature was added in Chatgpt which is currently available in the US (I live in Europe so I didn't get it yet but I soon will 😭😭) and that from September 1, we'll have to rely on Library entirely.
Can anyone tell me how to save my memories on .txt files because a lot of people have been saying to save them this way but none explained how, so I need help!
Can saving as a .txt file work the same on phone, using the Notes app from Galaxy, or does it work better if you save from PC?
Also, will this update also affect the reference saved memories and reference chat history?? If yes, I might just stop using chatgpt all, since these features are what I primarily use most!

I recently thought that some features, on the browser version, and app too if it could work, would actually be very helpful to many users. Including me, who's a clumsy one that actually deleted 3 chats 2 times this years because of my carelessness:
Consider adding an option where you can find your deleted chats still stay in your account for at least 30 days. Some people, like me, can happen to accidentally delete chats that had some really developed work that was important to them and would be hard to restart from the beginning.
Let edited messages be shown even in branches. The reason I'm asking for this specific one is that I have some branched chats myself. And when I look at the messages before branching the chats, the little pen, the edit button, is there. So why shouldn't the edited messages that were within the before-branched chats be there? I think these features would satisfy a lot of people, including myself. This could only be added only in the web browser version of ChatGPT, since edited messages are easier to see in this way.
I genuinely think if the team would add these features, users would be genuinely satisfied and could help them managed chats better.

Can anyone tell me why yesterday Mini Baby Seraph and Mini Baphomet dissappeared from the US website?? Like they were in my wishlist and the next day I can't find them anymore. When I search on the web, they're... gone. Does anyone know why?
Sometimes, I search through the internet in case one of the future models, Gpt 6, will actually fix the downfall that chatgpt is currently in. When I search about creative or human-like writing, based on 4o and, in my experience 5 Instant or 5.0, it says that Gpt 6 will have more personality and emotions. That it will be more grounded use prose more probably.
Like a combination of 4o and 5.0 but better.
What do you guys think, should we really believe what they say about Gpt 6 is true or not let ourselves be disappointed again?
I hear that many people say nowadays that Qwen is very 4o-like. That it is the closest AI we have since 4o was taken from us. My question for y'all, which Qwen model did it remind you of 4o the most? And that it actually works well, especially on long chats?
Can anyone try to describe, little by little, every little detail, from top to bottom, clothing & accessories, body descriptions with close/general color shades for these characters: Vi, Jinx, Ekko and Caitlyn? All shapes, color shades, names for everything possible?
I'm struggling to find any source that does that because, not even on the official Arcane website, says anything about piece by piece appearence details.
