Turkish TV industry: when a first season is doing really well and everyone loves the cast, storyline, etc., I promise you don't have to make all these annoying changes for season two. Keep things exactly how they were.

No ex-love interest, no pregnant ex-girlfriend/ex-mistress, no bringing someone back from the dead. Just continue the story and keep the momentum going.

The amount of shows that have been ruined because writers and producers decided it would be a good idea to change everything people loved about the first season needs to be studied lol. Like, why can't they just let things be and continue the story? No, you don't have to bring someone back from the dead, and no, you don't need to bring in 10 different characters who are irrelevant to the story.

What is a TV show trope that you hate in shows? For me, it is the brother trope and what I like to call the stockholm syndrome trope. Where the man puts you through hell, forces you to marry him, and won't let you leave, but suddenly you forget all of that, and he's the love of your life.
