if they had the drop on rondo twice then why did the shooters choose to stay from a distance instead of walking down in waycross georgia

Same thing with the LA situation both times it seems like they were being cautious of possibly rondo's team returning fire even OTF jam in his long ig rants mentioned some along the lines of it , not directly naming but mentioning the two shooters he was with were scared during the ordeal referring to Flacka & Browneyes possibly meaning they were scared to walk down on rondo or aren't used to doing what they were brought in for.

From the other blitz his brother allegedly organized OB walked duck down instead of shooting from a distance but then again they were in chicago maybe comfortable down there.

This shi aint a game though so probably they didn't wanna risk possibly getting smoked running up on rondo due to the von incident.
