How strong could Batman become if given 7 years to train in the Dragon Ball universe?

How strong could current comics Batman realistically become if left him to train in the Dragon Ball universe for maybe 7 years max (because I think that's both not a ton of time but still enough for Bruce to train with a decent roster of Master), plus 7 is the magic number for DBZ so it's fitting)?

Assume he's aiming to become as strong as he potentially could by any (in-character) means necessary, regardless of if it's through Ki based training or external means like technology or artifacts.

The only rule to make this interesting is that he can only train with people he'd be able to reach and/or convince in-character.

For Example: Bruce would need a way to reach King Kai's Planet to learn the Kaioken and Spirit Bomb or a way to Planet Yardrat to learn Spirit Control and their techniques, and does need to convince them to train him.

But to throw him a bone as well, assume he also does have access to all his pre-existing connections in DC Canon, like the Justice League or Batfamily, to help him reach certain places, find certain artifacts, and meet certain people.

Naruto Hikari vs Luffy Joestar (Fake Naruto What If vs Fake One Piece What If) [AKA: Proof of me accepting the chaos in response to my slowly decaying sanity these past few weeks because I've become someone's reaction images on this Sub and then one of them becoming an OkayBuddySundisk Post???]

The Matchup is mainly so I can post the second image without breaking Rule 2 entirely but also just to embrace the chaos I've created at this point because there's a niche market for my bullshit apparently. I've given up trying to understand it, my old post from Ningen breached containment and I can't control what it's become.

Connections: It's literally just Naruto vs Luffy, but they're both also reincarnations of characters from other series. Both also come from absurd joke What If concepts from this 3 year old post of mine.

Edit: For the one guy who asked and got their comment deleted, I'm fine. Just more "Yeah this might as well be happening to me" at this point as the second weirdest thing an old niche work of mine got attention for (no I will not elaborate)

"Bloodstained Paradise" - Regime Superman vs Copy X (INJUSTICE vs Mega Man)

Connections

  • Both are evil alternative versions of the main blue hero in their worlds (This Superman comes from a different universe as the heroic Earth 1 Superman while Copy X is a copy, shocker, of the original Mega Man X after his)
  • Said blue hero was sealed away for years by their brilliant scientist fathers (Jor-El & Dr. Thomas Light) as the last remaining remnants of their worlds (Superman, AKA Kal-El, as one of the last members of the Kryptonians to survive their planet's impending destruction, and X as the last creation of Dr. Light and the first robot and the final creation of Dr. Light to survive into the next era when he is discovered)
  • Both become tyrannical rulers over broken dystopian worlds, leading their groups of high ranking military generals (The Regime and Neo Arcadia's Armies)
  • Both are so obsessed with maintaining peace that they've resorted to executing almost all who are labeled as villains, even heroes who stand up to them. They also have developed a god complex as a result and deluded themselves into believing they are truly the real heroes despite the atrocities they've committed.
  • However both also teamed up with villains to work alongside them (Sinestro with his Yellow Lantern Corps alongside a few other villains who joined the Regime, and both Dr Weil alongside Omega after the former repaired Copy X)
  • Both have a connection to the genius leaders of of the resistance (The Insurgency and... The Resistance) against them (Lex Luthor who is Superman's friend in this universe as well as Batman who worked alongside Superman on the Justice League prior to the fracturing the League, and Ciel who created Copy X after the original went missing due to sealing his body away to contain the Dark Elf), and the only one to ultimately defeat them was their rivals (Batman and Zero) alongside their original counterparts (The Superman of Earth 1 and the original X in Cyber-Elf form, though the latter was mainly helping from the sidelines in setting the path for Copy X's downfall)
  • Both were ultimately betrayed by geniuses who they once considered their ally who was planning against them this entire time (Lex Luthor and Dr. Weil) though with the contrast of the former doing it in an attempt to finally stop the Regime and failed, while the latter doing it to set up his endgame by inheriting rulership over Neo Arcadia and succeeded. Though this would set up Dr. Weil for his downfall of his reign and ultimate defeat (outside of possessing a rock out of nothing but sheer spite) while Lex's death allowed the path to be paved for the Insurgency to come out on top.
  • Potentially more if you wanna bring their military armies and such into the equation.

Minor Note: This Matchup is at least great for both I feel, especially in terms of personality and banter, but I think it would be so much more thematic and fitting if Mega Man Zero had it's original story where the real X was the big bad instead of a copy of him.
