Cutting into roots
My neighbor has cut into the roots of my other neighbors magnolia tree. My house and garage sits under this tree and I’m worried about the health and structural integrity of it. Do you think this should be a concern for me? I don’t own the tree but neither does the neighbor that has cut it.
