Flicker Tron Discussion - Which is your most preferred variant for your local meta? - Any specific toolbox tech you use? Build pros and cons?

Hello there!

So over the course of playing the archetype, I've been meaning to take a quick health-check on the state of things and mainly how Flicker Tron can be in a somewhat better position overall.

So far, I've seen these variants over my play:

- [[Murmuring Mystic]] + [[Stonehorn Dignitary]] +4 [[Mulldrifter]] + 2-3 [[Mnemonic Wall]]

- [[Mysidian Elder]] + [[Murmuring Mystic]] + 2-3 [[Mnemonic Wall]]

- [[Dinrova Horror]] + [[Stonehorn Dignitary]] + 4 [[Mulldrifter]] + 2 [[Mnemonic Wall]]

And everything in-between.

There are also variants which run [[Generous Ent]] and [[Lorien Revealed]] to fetch for dual lands and reuse in the mid-late game. Wherein the first also works as a wincon and sustain.

I've seen lists differ from x4 [[Ghostly Flicker]] to x1 [[Ephemerate]] and x2 Flickers instead (What is the striking difference between these distributions?)

And also, players swapping out the drifters for [[Cryogen Relic]] and the build changes by quite a bit.

Checking on recent lists, looks like [[Bonder's Ornament]] is seeing play already from Alleyezone. Also the card [[Visionary's Dance]] being utilized with either a split/exchange for [[Impulse]]

So yeah. Mainly, these are some of a few observations I've seen in lists, and tried some of them as well on paper.

For you, what's your preferred build or toolbox system when building Flicker Tron?

I would be more than happy to hear your insights. I just love playing the archetype, despite it being a pain sometimes on paper lol.

Thanks for dropping by. Wishing you Natural Tron for your next coming games!
