So I lost my phone for a day I tracked back to the last location to see a neighbor with it but he got to do a factory reset, my account was linked with my Google account and although Bandai admits that my account it's connected to the Gmail account that I received their response, showed them 7 transactions (orders numbers, names and amounts), showed them my ID which luckily I had sent friends but their response was this... Hoping that someone got the same experience and had a way to get the account back. Mine fails to load when I press continue game.
