Bloom's incomplete enchantix doesn't come from pure will
This take is between a theory and a rewriting.
Bloom didn't earn her incomplete enchantix by taming her wrath and all the negative feelings towards Valtor. I mean not only
Her enchantix might come from her connection with Pyros Essence.
Just remember : since she's landed on Pyros she found a native dragon and bounded with them. Thereafter, Maya offered her Pyros essence and she connected with. Those 2 linked her to Pyros and made it magically her homeworld
So when she was fighting against the trix she was kinda protecting Maya and Pyros (she's magically linked to) from the witches assaults. As a reward she's been granted with enchantix.
As an additional proof, her fairy powder necklace is the one with Pyros essence.
That might long but I had it in mind for a while now 😅
