Side gigs

As I am sure everyone here in the US is noticing, the cost of living due to higher fuel costs has soared. Social work is already a fairly low paying career, so this hits especially hard. I work full time as a Macro social worker for the county here in NJ. My pay is no longer able to cover my mortgage (1br, 1ba), student loans, car and homeowners insurance etc. What are some side gigs that other social workers do that can help ease this crunch? Extra points for side gigs that require less brain power since I'm mentally drained after my 8 hrs with the county.

Uneven Heating - Brand New HVAC system

I tried my best to draw my condo in MS Paint. I bought it around 2.5 years ago. During the inspection, the inspector noticed that the two vents in the bedroom were blowing colder than the vents in the dining/living room. After purchasing, I had a whole new system installed (AC and Furnace) by a reputable company. Recently, after freezing my ass off in the winter, I put in a temp gauge on each side of the condo. Turns out, my bedroom is ~10 degrees cooler than the rest of the unit regardless of the fact that the distance between the vents and the furnace being equal.

I had a tech come out to do the yearly service on the AC and asked him what he thought the issue might be. His answer (without inspecting anything) was that the ductwork to the bedroom might be smaller than the ductwork to the dining/Livingroom. I am unsure if that is the answer, so I figured I would take it to the internet and ask the experts here on reddit.

Additional background - Unit was built in 1980's, is located in New Jersey and my neighbors are on both sides of me (so only two walls facing the outside). I am a broke social worker who is looking to understand why this is occurring and if there are any low cost fixes. Happy to answer any questions that might lead me to figuring out what the heck is going on..
