Losing my mind rn

I posted a day or two ago about how proud I was of my previous PB, a 3:45.40, and how I didn't think it was feasible for me to bring it any lower with my skill level. Of course, immediately after posting that, I had a stupidly lucky run and got a 3:31. That reinvigorated me to push it even lower, and after 43 more attempts, I got this. I was ***so close*** to my goal of a sub-3, which just two days ago I thought was completely impossible. 45 centiseconds. Just over the length of the blink of an eye. The worst part is that I *know* I can do so much better; all of my tiny mistakes probably added up to ≈4-5 seconds, and if I can learn some Crash strats, even without hammer manip, I could probably get a sub-2:55. I wish I could just be happy with this PB and move on, but knowing that I'm so close to greatness will keep me up at night if I don't pursue it. My only major chokepoint at this point is the Morpho Knight phase 2 instakill. Idk what it is about the timing, but I just can't get it consistently. My biggest overall roadblock is probably still phase 1 Chaos Elfilis. Idk how to avoid getting the ability knocked out of me as soon as I land the first hit. It doesn't help that it's hard to find good runs to study since speedrundotcom (idk how this sub handles links) doesn't seem to have IL leaderboards (at least on mobile), despite having many submitted runs. I've just been scouring google trying to find any run faster than the last one I looked at, hoping to eventually find one claiming to be the wr 😭

Is there a way to make a formula's range automatically increase upon the creation of a new column?

To preface, I'm incredibly inexperienced with spreadsheets and generally bad at explaining my thought processes, so please bear with me. The gist of what I'm trying to do is write a formula to make the top row, starting with b1 and continuing indefinitely, contain the triangular number sequence. What I'm struggling with in particular is getting it to expand indefinitely. The formula I currently have is =arrayformula(sequence(1,126)*(sequence(1,126)+1)/2), which I came up with after about 2.5 hours of random bullshitting until something worked. To prevent turning my very, very weak laptop into a space heater, my hope is that there's a way to just increase those 126s by one every time a new column is created, rather than my current solution of just adding 1000 columns and having a set-in-stone range, although I'm not sure how realistic that is. I've gotten a few things (which I no longer remember T~T) to work, but, for reasons unbeknownst to me, they all created a bunch of unnecessary columns up to KN. Is 299 columns a prerequisite to use certain formulas, or am I just consistently messing something up in a very particular way? Also, to be clear, I'm more than open to solutions that don't involve the aforementioned formulas, I just gravitated toward those since they were the easiest for me to wrap my head around (though clearly not easy enough).

Side note: Is there a way to write a formula with a similarly auto-incrementing range that just makes every cell in a row have the same value as its corresponding cell in a column with a one-cell offset? I.e. b2=a3, c2=a4, d2=a5, etc. I haven't put as much though into this as my first problem, but I've been having a bit of trouble with it so I figure I may as well ask while I'm here.

My apologies if the title isn't very clear, I spent a solid 30 minutes workshopping it and couldn't think of a better way to phrase it without making it absurdly long. My brain is kinda fried from school rn if that wasn't obvious. Btw, I just now realized that I used formula and function interchangeably in this post, and I don't have the energy to fix it; sorry if that causes/caused confusion.

*V. maculifrons* queen overslept and just started exploring my basement. How do I release her as safely as possible?

She's currently in the bathroom. I have a butterfly net, but it's way too big for the tiny space she's in. I'd use the cup and paper method, but I'm afraid I'd piss her off, and she'd opt to sting before flying away when released. Is that at all a realistic fear, or do wasps tend to go for flight over fight if given the option when already antagonized? I also have a kill-jar sans kill mechanism for a bigger container if that matters, and I could try to coax her into a little portable bug carrier I have, though I fear too much prodding could also result in a defensive response. I'm not usually scared of wasps, but I have to admit, going to take a piss and seeing a wasp staring at me in a usually lifeless environment made me freak out a bit. My apologies if my adrenaline makes this post sound needlessly frantic.

Also, sorry for the shit photos; the lightbulbs need to be changed, but I've really never had a reason to do so prior to this.
