Cat rescues that are accepting cats?

We have a feral cat colony in our backyard. Most of the cats are very feral, but the male is actually super friendly. He very obviously wants to come in our house, to the point where he ran in our house yesterday! But my fiancé is incredibly allergic to cats. We’d love to give him a shot at finding a family, but I don’t want to take him to a shelter because I’m afraid he’ll be euthanized immediately (he looks a little beat up). Does anyone know of any rescues that are actually accepting cats from people, not just rescuing from the shelters?

Where do you get traps?

I realized the house we bought comes with a colony of at least 7 full grown cats and 3 kittens. I’d like to start TNRing them to try to stop the population growth. What kind of traps should I get and from where?

We recently found kittens under our shed. The mom is taking care of them well. They seem to be around 4 or 5 weeks old. We have no idea what to do with them. Does anyone know of a rescue we can reach out to for help?
