i got the implant around 4 months ago and at the start it was great and i had no side effects and it was very effective, but around the 2 month mark i started feeling some side effect and seeing them too.

one i noticed in particular is my breast size decreasing immensely, pre-implantation i was around a 34DD and now im 34B-C, ive never seen anyone talk about this i’ve only ever heard it increases breast size, although its made me gain weight it’s made me lose volume in my chest which i find so strange??

i got it removed a couple days ago and its the best decision i made, i feel less hungry and fatigued all the time im just hoping my body goes back to normal soon, has anyone else experienced this?

i’m starting my healthy eating journey and need help starting out, i have basic cooking skills and can make simple recipes i just need help finding ones that suit my needs and that i actually enjoy

i dont like seafood apart from just normal fish
im open to all types of vegetables and fruit and i love chicken, just finding a good meal plan is something im struggling with so any advice would be great TIA
