Had one of those situations recently where everything was already processed and then we needed to get an additional payment out

What annoys me is having to think about whether it makes sense to run another payroll now or wait because every additional run affects the cost

I’d rather make that decision based on when someone should get paid. The fact that I’m even thinking about the provider fee while deciding when to process it has me reconsidering how our payroll is structured
