Item #: SCP-1995 (Codename: Barnaby the Bear)

Object Class: Euclid / Anomalous Text

Description:
SCP-1995 physically manifests as a popular, vintage plush mascot manufactured for a forgotten 1990s children's television program. Historical records indicate the object was severely neglected and physically abused by its previous owners, leaving its fabric frame covered in heavy lacerations, tear stains, and crude containment stitches.

Due to this severe emotional trauma, a hostile, unseen entity has bound itself to the subject's internal lining, manipulating its movements like a helpless marionette puppet. While in its passive state, SCP-1995 wanders containment spaces desperately seeking human affection. However, when the subject’s recorded loneliness levels reach a critical breaking point, a total system glitch occurs. The anomalous entity violently yanks the subject's localized strings—hollowing out its facial features into glowing white "X" patterns and transforming the plush into a hostile, rage-fueled monster that uses its weaponized anger to tear apart anything in its immediate proximity.

>Finished my original dragon for the August challenge! Inspired by prehistoric pterosaurs and raptor feathers. Hope you guys like it!

I drew my first Spidersona in 3rd grade when I started digital art. Now, 6 years later, I just graduated 9th grade and upgraded him for the community redraw!

PopCross obviously got flooded with emails so I didn't make the cut, but the video was hilarious with them ranting about the 90s Spider-Man show. The funniest part is I actually predicted the theme and drew his "Venom suit" before the video even dropped!

Here is the quick lore behind the suits:

• The Crimson Suit: His version of the Venom suit. Powered by dark magic, it boosts his fire powers but feeds on his dark rage and manipulates his mind.
• Green and Gold Suit: The normal baseline gear Rayan Khepri uses for daily patrolling in Raja-City.
• Stealth Mode: A neon hacker color shift the magic forces him into for tracking targets in dark alleys.
• Corruption Mode: The most evil form where the dark magic completely takes over his mind and makes him brutal.

This was my first time entering, so I wanted to share my 6-year glow-up here. Good luck to everyone working on the August dragon prompt! Hope you guys like it!
