Hi, does anyone else have any issues with a full room of people that's recording yet it seems to be missing minutes from the recording?

I have multiple sites with variety of lighting and camera heights, I can't seems to figure out the issue. Camera sensitivity is set to 100 and movement recording is set as auto 10 seconds before and after detection.
