I have taken a few acting classes here and there, none I thought we very good due to my location. However, I've spent 6+ years as a crew member (silver screen, tv shows, & indie). I'll be in London anyways next year and really enjoyed acting in secondary school. My goal is indie productions down the road (hopefully). But I'm definitely a beginner and not ready for the 4wk intensive - what would you recommend as a prep course? Is the Actors Studio intensive even worth it?

If you got your private in the US and already have everything FAA approved, what does the process look like getting a CPL overseas (specifically looking at South Africa) and then converting it to an FAA-approved CPL rating? I know I would need to re-test, but would it be less intensive since I completed a PPL in the US?

I'm moving for school and have a certified, trained service dog that obviously has to come with me. Generally, I prefer to look for "pet allowed" properties out of consideration anyways but there are few in the area I'll be moving to. I know the pet rental laws just changed but am nervous the landlord could reject me for "another" reason, while it's really about the dog... does anyone have any experience or suggestions about this?
