I am here for a week for vacation and got in yesterday, we did a trip late in the day down to peggys cove, and while its a pretty lighthouse was rather shocked to see the vandalism. The defacement with stickers, people writing all over the lighthouse. When did this start? Likewise why hasnt anything been done about it to clean it up?
Separately what happened to the information center that its permanently closed?

I had to schedule my az104 retake per the MS learn its 100 minutes with 1/2 time + standard it should be an extra 50 so I should have 150 minutes it schedules at 120 I checked another one it does something similar other exams behave similar.
so incase anyone has accomodations and thought they can bypass pearson finally, you may want to double check to make sure things are applying correctly.

I just completed the nexus process from start to finish (took me 9 months for approval for interview) and the person I went with took her about a week for approval. (Just for reference we are both US citizens)
We got the status back same day (partly because we went to Sault St Marie, and also had TSA traveler numbers so they were able to turn around the final bit fairly quick) I was approved, the person I went with was not.
Apparently, and this goes back to the 80s, to keep a long story short she lived in a rather nuclear family and things were done that the general assumption was everyone did them. So she would sign and write checks to cover funds for things she didnt have was caught and told return the money and charges would be dropped so she did and charges were dropped. This Apparently was flagged during the final screening, which was something she forgot about entirely, she wasnt trying to hide it just genuinely forgot. She also misanswered the did you go by any other name question as her thought was that meant first name only not marriage with last name changes.
Should she appeal, what should her approach be? Should she even appeal at all or just reapply? how would she get the records showing that said charges were dropped? Should she also answer the naming question during her appeal?
