My clothes still smell when I use my homemade laundry soap

Hey everyone! So, I've tried two different recipes for homemade laundry soap, and it doesn't fully remove the smell from my clothes (specifically my socks and the armpits of my shirts as I often sweat heavily). My first recipe was a powder soap with equal parts washing soda, borax, and shredded bar soap. The second recipe was liquid with equal parts washing soda, borax, and Castille soap in water with some essential oils as well. I thought the oils would help but they just mixed with the smell of sweat making an even worse smell. I also have tried adding white vinegar to my washes and that does help, but it doesn't fully remove the smell. Does anyone know of any non-tox/natural ingredient that might help with this?

Hey everyone! So, I recently have switched to more natural hair products (specifically tee tree Castille soap and acv) and I have noticed that my hair is much greasier and I can't go as long without washing my hair. I used to be able to go about 4-5 days between hair washes and now it has to be almost every day, and I feel like the oil just keeps building. Does anyone know what might be causing this and maybe some ways that I could manage the oil? I really want to keep my products as simple as possible but if anyone knows any shampoo/conditioner recipes or products that are inexpensive and still very natural I would gladly take recommendations. I'm very new to this so I will take any of y'alls wisdom I can get!
