New 2026 M440i X-drive acquisition
Wife and I were looking to replace a high mileage 535i. Test drove some EV’s, they were nice but nothing special. Then drove a M440i, put in Sport mode and it was as if fire was coming out the back. Really nice cornering and responsiveness, wife liked the Brooklyn Grey and light interior. Car felt comfortable and in-control on an uneven road surface at speed, took high speed curves with ease, they couldn’t get me out of it. Purchased on the spot. Very compatible for a daily driver to tackle a challenging mountain drive commute, better than expected back seat room and trunk space for a coupe. I get 35Mpg on commute, 32mpg when I use sport mode. Car is a monster in Sport mode and even more savage in Sport Plus, but I drive it mostly in comfort mode. The Msport options with low, sleek appearance make this a beautiful vehicle.
