Saw a Facebook post today from a woman talking about how her dog (probably a Schnauzer breed from the fur on the leg's.) was "attacked quickly" by a medium breed dog.

I've come here to ask for professional opinions about the stitches, because for all the times I've seen family/friends, dogs come back from the vets for whatever reason. These stitches look too formal to have been from a quick attack and more like from mass removal, like lipoma or tumours. Especially that very large one with diagonal lines.

I have reversed image searched the photo, and there were a fair few photos that came close to this one, but i haven't found a direct match.
