I am dual registered Nurse and Midwife working in a public hospital atm.
I’ve decided I want to move into a less clinical role/company that I can work my way up in.
I’m thinking pharma, digital health or clinical research???
Do I really need to do an additional postgrad course to get into this area? How can I do that without more study?

My husband and I love Japan. I probably have more of an obsession with the culture and history, and am learning Japanese. With the recent changes to Australia's budget/tax reform and implications on small business its making me consider more seriously about making the move. My husband has his own business manufacturing high end vehicles and I am a nurse/midwife. I would love to relocate to somewhere in Japan for a few years for a change and for the adventure of living overseas.
We have 3 kids 8, 4, 14 months.
What sort of prospects would my husband and I have for work?
I have been looking at moving into the pharmaceutical/clinical research side of health and have been sussing out companies that have branches in Japan..
Surely for my husband he would be able to get a job doing some sort of mechanical work?
