Looking for a non-judgmental primary care doctor near Orange – any recommendations?
Hi all! I’m looking for a primary care physician in or near the city of Orange and would love some recommendations from people who’ve had good experiences.
A bit of context: I’ve put off regular care for a while due to various life circumstances, and I’m now in my late 40s and ready to be more proactive about my health. I’ve been working on diet and exercise, but it’s time to get a doctor in my corner too.
The most important thing I’m looking for is someone who is supportive and non-judgmental — a doctor who will meet patients where they are rather than lead with lectures. I have some anxiety around medical appointments, so a warmer, more collaborative approach makes a big difference for me.
One practical note: I’m on a Blue Shield PPO, so ideally I’d love someone who accepts that.
