Prep list has 555 pounds of green beans. I guess we are starting early for the holiday season.

I have been looking online for a restaurant that serves this but all I get is best breakfast spots in Ventura County. Just wondering if any place even has this dish. I’m willing to go as far as Santa Barbara or Calabasas if a restaurant has it.

Our new shopper carts came in today. They have them locked up so so no one can use them yet. I’m guessing there will be a training on cornerstone before they can use them.

I hope everyone is ready and excited for what’s to come.

I was able to get one of the mini totes before they all sold out. I think my phone will fit in it and nothing else. Why people are fighting over this thing is crazy. They are selling for over $20 on eBay and the big ones are over $100

Saw this in the spoilage bin in the kitchen. I guess someone didn’t have a happy birthday after all.

The digital tags are now on the shelf. Only some item have them. I have seen some videos with people using some device they got off of Amazon to change the price. Don’t know how true that is, but they are something to get used to now. I see it helping out on resets. The world is changing but I don’t know if I’m ready to change with it.

Someone in my department had this hat made. He wore it all day and nothing was said to him. The next day the TL told him he could not wear it. He said that it didn’t meet dress code standards. On his way to put it away the STL told him she liked his hat. He went back to tell the TL but he was still told he could not wear it. We have to wear the yellow hats, so why not something like this.

So just like a lot of other stores our freezer went down. They pulled two of the fans out to replace them. Wet floor signs around it. I think Amazon flipped a switch somewhere to shut down all the freezers in the company. It’s kind of strange this is happening at a lot of stores.

Freezers are stocked and now waiting for the store to open. Let’s see how long till the shelves are empty.

We needed new boards and we got these tiny things. At least we got something and it didn’t take 6 months to a year to get it.

We get dogs all the time (even though there are giant signs on the doors that say no dogs) but I’m going to let this one pass. She is dressed nicer, and more behaved then a lot of the customers.

We had our ambassador activation for the month of May. We had iced tea, chips and sodas, fruit and hotdogs. Also had candy and beads for the team members to wear. Always a good time when you have food and learn something new in the process.
