Time outside of class

Hey! I was wondering if the time you spend outside of class is accurate to what’s predicted by the credit amount? I mentioned that the average credit load seemed to have around 30 hours of study/work outside of class per week, and my mom said that seems like more than she’d think.

Course Differences

Hello! I’m an incoming freshman and was wondering how different the syllabus is for the same class taught by different professors is (sorry if that sentence construction is weird).

I know some classes are inherently different every time (like the “topics in XYZ” stuff), I’m mainly talking about in general. Also, I know different teachers affect the environment of the class, etc, I’m more curious about the actual content taught.

I’m not sure what’s up with my ability to write today, so I’ll just add the situation to clarify.

Basically, I’m registering for Spanish 301 in fall, and I’m curious as to what we will be covering. I’ve found a syllabus from a different professor at WWU, but the professor I’m taking doesn’t have one I can find online.

Thanks!

How do I represent the 'concept' of a god?

In my campaign, the end goal is to banish a minor god. To do so, the players must destroy his following, which represents his purpose/why he is a god, kill his physical form with a specific weapon, representing his physical existence, and do something to destroy his spiritual/conceptual existence. I think what I'm thinking of is kind of like in Avatar (the last airbender) when you kill someone in the spirit world, although I haven't watched it a while, so I'm not quite sure. I could just have them go into some form of the spirit world and kill the god's conceptual form, although I am interested in doing something else since that's pretty similar to fighting the god in the flesh. I was thinking maybe some sort of ritual could work? Any ideas are more than welcome.

Writing "Or" In Cursive

How do you write the letter combination 'or?' It always looks quite ugly when I do it. I'm self-taught, and I would like to figure out if there's a better way. The rest of my cursive isn't pretty either, but it's better than my 'or.'

I wrote a short story with a bunch of 'or' for visualization. Also, I'm bad at spelling and wrote it without access to google to double check my spelling so... ignore any of those mistakes.

I’m trying to tell pigeons apart. Am I on the right track with these two? The first two images are my guesses, and the second two are the sources I’ve been mainly using.

The first two pictures are ones I took, the second two are from Google (obviously) with the website names in their respective descriptions.

I plan on taking Spanish classes in fall, so I need to take the placement test. I’m mildly worried I’ll make stupid mistakes, so I was wondering if I can to retake it if I screw it up (and also if there’s a certain amount of time you have to wait before retaking it).
