ACG-Go Anime: Anyone else order from them and their order is taking a ridiculously long time?
I ordered from them January 2025, and I'm still waiting on 3 items to arrive. It was mentioned in each listing that the stuff won't get to me until Q2 of 2025, so I was patient, and knew it wouldn't be something I get right away, but now it's Q2 of 2026...
I emailed them every so often and asked what was up, and was just told they are just waiting for some of the items to arrive. Well I had some stuff in my cart I was interested in buying, and they told me also that the items I was interested in should be here a lot sooner than the items I originally bought. So that lead me to believe that if I bought those items I should be getting them soon.
So, I put in another order in February 2026, and haven't gotten those items either. Which makes me upset because the items I put into the pre order could've been purchased at several conventions I've gone to recently, so I regret putting in one thinking this was hard to find stuff. (Because the items I initially wanted are not sold normally at cons due to it being from a fairly niche franchise.)
I should mention that I've bought from them in the past and have actually gotten my orders, so I know they aren't a scam due to my past history, but just the last year or so has shown me that maybe i shouldn't get stuff from them anymore due to still waiting for my 3 items, and it's been almost a year and a half. I emailed them again, but this time, I have gotten no response and it's been a few weeks now.
Should I continue to wait or do a charge back? Since their policy is "no refunds on pre-ordered merch"
