Looking at switching plan
Have attached my current usage to date for the month so far. Located in SEQ. 13.3 kw system with a 10kw inverter and 42kw battery
Currently with alinta and looking to switch as I feel I’m not getting the best bang for my buck.
We are completely self sufficient off the battery and exporting on average 18kw per day. We don’t have a hot water timer yet and all showers are currently outside of the solar time so this will also improve our figures.
My issue is I’m still paying some of the daily charge. The fit with alinta is pretty poor at 2c per kWh so not much is recovered. I shouldn’t complain about a $30 per month bill but I’d like to get it closer to $0.
Thinking of switching to globird though have researched quite a few other companies but hoping to hear everyone’s thoughts.
