Help needed with VFS Bishkek.

I need some urgent help and I believe reddit is the way to go. I am trying to book a visa appointment for my girlfriend (Kyrgyz Citizen) who is currently living in Kyrgyzstan. All her documents required for visa are ready but unfortunately the VFS global website, specifically the payment gateway has been a issue. I am trying to get a appointment for Malta(long term D visa). I am able to login, fill in everything and even choose the date but then when i press pay now, even before the payment page comes in(to put in card info etc..) the page shows error message. I will attach the photo as well. I tried everything different browsers cleared cookies and cache, even she tried booking through her devices ( as i m located in malta already) but nothing works
I am sure someone would know someone in VFS global Bishkek. Kindly please connect me. I need to book her appointment immediately otherwise the workpermit will expire and all the money spent until now will be of no use. KINDLY ASSIST 😭🙏🏼
