We’ve returned to Princess after many years (RCL, Celebrity, and NCL) and the embarkation in Copenhagen has to be the worst we’ve ever experienced. It’s been more than two hours since we were supposed to board and we’re still in line. Supposedly there’s some issue with immigration, but that’s speculation since they’re not letting us know.

I understand that there are things beyond the cruise line’s control, but Princess appears to have no contingency plans. No information, no water, just sit and wonder what the heck is going on.
