Opinion needed.
Sorry this is long.
I have been trying to get my work in er to send me my travel allowance for appointments. I have been trying with little success for two years. I would get the odd one but only if I reminded her by email. She asked me to start sending everything in and she will send it all at the end of the month.
I heard nothing. No emails, responses nothing for 3 months. Finally I get an email saying my new worker is so and so and send everything to her. I did and after another month she sent me $22 for seven appointments. I sent others in and nothing. Calls, emails, talking to the supervisor, the person answering the phone. She still didn't respond. I have up. In December I was diagnosed with cancer. I started to send the appointment cards for travel through My Benefits. I only submitted 6 of the many. In March she sent me $22. I send the odd one in. It's been 10 appointments out of 18+. It shows the last time she even received anything was in March. Normally I would let it go. But my doctor and psychiatrist told me to contact them. I tried and the last call I left a message. It said the call would be returned in two days. 4 days in and nothing. I don't recognize her name but I wonder if she knows me and it's personal?
I have a minimum of 12 appointments a month. I hate complaining but gas and parking adds up. I'm spending my grocery money to fund my treatments.
