What should I stop doing 5-7 days before microneedling?
I do at-home RF 2-3 times a week, as well as retinol and lactic acid on different evenings. Should I stop all three for 5-7 days before I microneedle?

I am so confused about boosters. At what time during the microneedling process do I use the boosters and how do I use them?
Also, can I apply different boosters to different areas during the same session? My undereye has a lot of darkness and fine lines, whereas my forehead has a lot of hyperpigmentation and some wrinkles.
