How long should I wait till I should just move on?

I applied for a job on USAJobs and about a week ago got a referral to the hiring manager (or whoever looks at applicants). When should I determine that they have gone with another applicant and move on?

Oopsie.Talk - A place to share your embarrassing moments anonymously

I get these things where my mind will bring up embarrassing moments from my past. It drives me nuts. I've been thinking to myself "maybe if I share these moments anonymously and see if others have had the same thing happen to them, I wouldn't let these bother me as much."

No need to create new accounts so people don't figure out it was you. No need to create accounts at all. You can find other people's embarrassing moments and react to them and also post your own.

You can find it here: https://oopsietalk.com

With developing characters for DnD, especially for beginners, finding where to begin can be a task. There are solutions like Hero Forge, but it feel like there aren't many options for customization. That is why I am developing My Hero Effigy.

It's a web app that you can take indicate the theme of the character, what kind of role they are, and then upload a picture of your face. From there, it will generate both a concept of what the character looks like and then a 3D version of the character. From there, you can customize the material that you want to purchase the model and some other customizations.

You'll then receive the physical figurine based on the customizations requested for your DnD sessions.

Here is a link to the web app: https://myheroeffigy.com/

So far it's in Alpha so orders are done manually. With current limited resources, I'll get to everyone as soon as I can.

Any feedback is appreciated. Hope some people can get use out of this.
