I have 2 of these in the Cuanacht region, one in the corrupted temple (Perceval) and another one near the Dal Riata guys who are killing Deserters

I can’t interact with them but that red heart looks like a stone heart

Hello as the title says my maple tree looks a little rough, unsure as to why last year it was very full and now this year it’s only growing about half of its leaves any thoughts as to what it is? Does it need to be cut down?
