I built my first Discord bot to help mods answer repeat support questions. Looking for feedback.
I’m new to building Discord bots and made one for server support tickets.
The idea: mods answer tickets as usual, and the bot uses resolved conversations to suggest FAQ entries so future repeat questions are easier to answer.
I’m trying to figure out:
- is this actually useful for Discord server owners?
- would AI-suggested FAQ entries feel trustworthy?
- what would make setup feel less risky/confusing?
Happy to share the link in comments if allowed. Mostly looking for feedback from people who run Discord communities.
