I recently discovered a mechanic in the cat tower that I want to test out: We CAN get past limited costumes we dont own through the cat tower. Put only one cat in the lobby with the limited costume.

The cat in question WILL visit others people tower and bring gift. And there is a chance that the gift will be the clothes its wearing.

Would you mind put that cat, as the ONLY cat in your cat lobby? And provide your code to your tower.

Is there a set of limited hat and clothes you desire? I would do the same in the comments.

Which clothing items can show up in the new cat tower?

The new cat tower has a visitor function. It can bring 1 new item that is not previously owned by the tower owner.

Is there any list of what item can that cat bring? Like does the visiting cat have to wear that specific item? Does the owner of the visiting cat have to own that item?

Works too well..
