Why does this ecg look so funky ? Is it normal ?

I thought ecg is supposed to look like this at higher rate but I could be wrong . Can anyone explain ?

Male 27, Today I trimmed my beard and noticed there is a darker region where I marked with blue arrow . Is this bruising ? I only feel pain a bit below adams apple but not the entire part . I did not get injured or hurt anyway .

I went to colonoscopy with a heart rate of 140 but it seemed to have lower down but is there something wrong in these strips cause I felt like passing out , I will admit I was anxious also since yesterday I had a left arm pain with no other signs I guess because of a vaccine I took in my left arm , but the left arm pain is gone now .

The region under the green arrow dipping low and the blue arrow being higher , does it indicate anything pathological ?
