Well the worst case scenario happened to me.
Ive had my red sea 625 on the second story of my home for about 10 years now with no issues, i have always been extremely careful with the silicone around the edges while cleaning ect.

I work nights 10:30-10:30, when i left for work everything was fine. On my way home that morning i got a call from a family member saying the tank had leaked over night and is now empty, when i got home i find my tank with three inches of water left in it my entire floor soaked the room directly under water is dripping from the light fixture with the ceiling soaked and the water was running between the paint and the walls of the room.

I have been able to salvage as much coral as i could and surprisingly no fish have died as of now.

PSA to all thinking of getting a red sea DONT and definitely don’t put it on the second story
