I am healing from some deeper traumas and disconnect and find the tapes very helpful.

So I just found out I have homozygous FVL. Had been feeling very run down, exhausted, my doctor looked at my darkfield microscopy, saw lots of micro clotting, so I got on Nattokinase. Now I’m researching the whole thing and am finding out all these things… I’m 50, no clots ever, despite surgeries, broken bones, frequent 12hr flights. Now I’m learning I might run into problems getting my transdermal E prescribed.
my questions:
anybody else with homozygous FVL managing it with only enzymes, and other supplements? Like vitamin E, fish oil, etc.
what is your experience with transdermal e?
I am still run down and easily exhausted (only 3 days on Nattokinase) - AI keeps telling me to go to urgent care to get checked out for PE. Anybody have that as their only PE symptom? My GP didn’t send me for PE evaluation, so I don’t know if AI is being too alarmist.
