How does your alliance actually keep track of enemy stats?

How does your alliance actually keep track of enemy stats?

Genuine question for alliance players:

Every alliance I've been in has tried tracking enemy stats somehow — screenshots in Discord, spreadsheets, pinned messages — but the problem is always the same: when you actually need the intel, it's outdated or impossible to find.

I'm currently building a Discord bot called Lords Intel to solve that. It's not launched yet, and I'm mainly looking for honest feedback before release.

Current idea:

  • Paste a battle report → bot extracts attack, defense, troops and coordinates, then asks for confirmation before saving.
  • /info <name> shows everything your server has recorded about a player, including stat changes over time.
  • Intel is private by default, but trusted alliances can optionally create a coalition and share data. Both sides must agree and access can be revoked instantly.

The coalition feature is what I'm most unsure about.

So I'd love to know:

  1. How does your alliance track enemy intel right now?
  2. Would you share intel with a trusted partner alliance?
  3. What other stats would actually be useful?
  4. What made your previous tracking system fail?

Million Lords players: what would you actually want a calculator for?

Hey everyone,

I play Million Lords myself, and I also run mlclord.com a free collection of calculators and tools for the game. No login, no paywall, nothing to install.

Right now it covers things like:

- Combat — fight simulator, opponent analyzer, risk analysis, XP rate, enemy gain factor, marauder camp

- Resources gems, sapphires, chest value, production, sapphire ROI

- Progression level up, city upgrade, skill optimizer, templar cost

- Equipment equipment database, item power tiers, advisor guide

- Events expedition & special expedition simulator, island calendar, season countdown, event/map troops, quest tracker, gift codes

- Guides battle report explained, risk guide, documentation

And here's the thing: I sit here most evenings thinking about what to add or improve next. But I only run into my own problems in the game so at some point it makes more sense to just ask the rest of you.

So: what do you need? What's missing? What annoys you enough that you'd want a tool for it?

Doesn't matter if it's a big idea or a tiny "this one number is always a pain to work out". Rough ideas are fine, I'd rather hear a half-formed thought than nothing. Same goes for the existing tools if something is wrong, unclear or just badly built, tell me. Corrections are just as useful as new ideas.

Drop it in the comments here, or reach me on Discord / by email if you'd rather not post publicly.

Two things up front:

- Please keep it civil and stick to the sub rules. This is meant as a normal discussion thread, not a place to fight.

- Any request that breaks the game's ToS will not be considered.

- Everything on the site works from numbers players can see themselves.

- That line isn't up for negotiation, so please don't ask.

Thanks for reading genuinely curious what you come up with. 🙏

New Million Lords Interactive Map & Strategy Overview

I’ve added a new interactive Map Visualization to MLCLord.

It gives a quick overview of how the Million Lords world is structured, including:

  • All 17 region spawn positions
  1. Spawn, Safe & Combat Zones
  2. Neutral Cities & resource areas
  3. Beginner protection information
  4. Map regeneration timing
  5. City and movement limits
  6. Recommended progression by zone
  7. Practical strategy tips for newer players

You can click through the different areas to understand what each zone is used for and what you should focus on during each stage of the game.

As always, it’s completely free.

If you notice anything missing or have ideas for what should be added to the map, let me know feedback is always welcome.

[Tool] Free Million Lords calculators + Discord bot — big update: auto-updating gift codes, full equipment database, expedition gear

I run a small set of free Million Lords tools at mlclord.com, plus a Discord bot.

Just pushed a fairly big update, and a few things might actually be useful to

people here.

**Gift codes now update themselves.** The list had quietly gone stale since

December — turned out a database column was missing and every write was failing

silently, so nothing new ever landed. That's fixed, and there's now an hourly

sync against a maintained source. 37 codes were missing; the list went from 120

to 157. New ones show up on their own from now on.

**The equipment database is actually complete.** This was the embarrassing one:

the page listed 36 combat pieces and exactly 6 of them had an image. The other

30 pointed at files that had never been created. All 144 combat pieces now have

their real artwork, pulled from the wiki.

**Expedition gear is in too** — 20 sets, 120 pieces, with the stat values per

piece. Filterable by rarity and type, searchable by set or piece name. As far as

I could tell there wasn't a browsable version of this anywhere outside the wiki

tables.

**Season display was broken for months.** It showed a season that had ended in

May. Rather than just bumping the number I made it calculate from a fixed

reference point, so it rolls over on its own every 14 days now. Currently

showing Season 159.

The Discord bot got the same data — `/gearinfo` and the new `/expedition` pull

from the same source, so the site and the bot can't drift apart. It also had a

handful of genuinely broken commands: `/giftcode` crashed on long lists,

`/ranking` had been showing a dead image for fourteen months, and a couple of

commands were answering each other's buttons.

Everything's free, no ads, no account needed. If something's wrong or missing —

especially in the equipment data, since I pulled a lot of it from the wiki and

can't verify every piece in-game — tell me and I'll fix it.
