Can the bond i945 approved faster?

Could the review of Form I-945 (Public Charge Bond) be completed by around May 25, 2026, based on the Trump administration’s guidance directing OIRA to expedite priority regulatory reviews within approximately 28 days? Since USCIS re-submitted the form on April 27, 2026, after addressing OIRA’s earlier concerns, and considering the ongoing pressure from the CLINIC and IMMpact lawsuits, do you think OIRA might approve the form on an accelerated timeline rather than taking the full 56 days?

Clinic vs rubio

Do you think Judge Vargas could issue a ruling in CLINIC v. Rubio within 30–40 days after briefing was completed on April 24? If so, is late May to early June a realistic timeframe for a partial summary judgment decision?

Question about the i945 public charge bond

Do you think the Public Charge Bond (Form I-945) could be the mechanism the Department of State is waiting for to lift the 75-country immigrant visa pause?

Hi,

I have a question regarding the I-945 (Public Charge Bond).

Do you think there is any real possibility that the reintroduction or approval of the I-945 could help lift or ease the current visa pause?

Also, if the I-945 is approved before June 22, what could potentially happen to pending cases like mine that are currently under 221(g)?

Thank you in advance for your insight.
