Hi is there anyway to get topic wise recalls. The files present on telegram are so haphazard and I fear I'll miss things.

I've seen a group with Emergency Focus videos and lecture slides but they are from 2024-2025. I was curious if someone has material from 2026 course.

I'm preparing for AMC 1 but I'm very inconsistent. I try my best but I cannot focus more than 15-20 minutes and then I just give up. I'm already an old graduate and hasn't done any PG training yet. Is there any group or page anything which can help me to stick to a schedule. I need motivation.

I'm planning on giving exam in November but it seems so difficult🙂😢
