One tip if you wish to experience it

Before i start i have to mention that I'm diagnosed with ADHD making this quite a lot easier for me.

When you go to bed close your eyes and imagine yourself in a scary situation, i find it easier to pull it of if there's a scary fellow there.

Wait until your mind visualises it for you, and after that is done it's basically the waiting game.

(This is based of of one test i've conducted And i'm not 100% sure it works)
