Recently listed this flat but, other than 1 viewing, there's been very little interest.

It's in a good sought after location and I like to think it's nicely put together.

The price is actually lower than valuation which I know is a bit all over the place these days but I really thought this would be quite quick. My friend said "It's always the price". Is he right?

Would appreciate some help to just help me understand where I'm going wrong
